What you’ll be doing
* Lead and develop a field sales team to deliver volume, distribution, and brand standards across on-trade accounts
* Drive regional growth through smart route planning, new business wins, and strong relationships with key venues
* Manage budgets and reporting with precision, ensuring alignment with national plans
* Partner with marketing to deliver standout activations and amplify brand presence
What you’ll need to bring
* FMCG experience in food or drink, with a strong track record in on-trade sales
* 2–3 years managing a field sales team
* Leadership that inspires — adaptable, hands-on, and commercially sharp
* A UK driving licence and the ambition to thrive in a fast-paced environment
