Every day brings an opportunity to positively impact a child's learning, confidence, and wellbeing.Key Roles & Responsibilities:• Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEN• Support children with Autism, ADHD, and SEMH needs• Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons• Promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation• Support pupils with personal care, where required• Help students develop communication, social, and life skills• Implement strategies to support children with trauma-related needs• Maintain a safe, nurturing, and structured learning environment• Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and support staffWhat We're Looking For:• Previous experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant or in SEN environments• Understanding of UK classroom dynamics• Experience supporting children with complex needs• Knowledge of trauma-informed practice (desirable)• SEND Diploma or relevant SEN qualification• Patient, resilient, and empathetic approach• Excellent communication and teamwork skills• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)Why Join rTriibe?• Full-time, consistent work in supportive school settings• A people-first agency that values your skills and experience• Opportunities to grow and develop within SEN education• The chance to truly change lives every single day
