We are looking for a proactive and organised Health & Safety Assistant / Co-ordinator to support the day-to-day management of health & safety, compliance, and administration across our projects and sites.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative experience and an interest in health & safety and HR support within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Managing and maintaining document control systems
* Assisting with health & safety compliance and administration
* Carrying out site audits and inspections
* Coordinating onboarding and inductions for new operatives
* Maintaining training records, certificates, and compliance documentation
* Supporting accident and incident reporting procedures
* Liaising with site teams, subcontractors, and management
* Assisting with HR-related administration and employee records
* General office and compliance administration duties
Requirements
1. Previous administration experience is essential
2. Strong organisational and communication skills
