Core Responsibilities**
- Ensure goods are correctly booked in on the computer system, packaged, and dispatched according to specified procedures and standards.
- Booking goods in/out for despatch or workshop use.
- Picking parts in accordance with the picking list.
- Prepare goods for despatch, ensuring they are suitably packed.
- Maintenance of bin location and other information.
- Identifying shortages and informing purchasing/production control.
- Checking paperwork for accuracy.
- Data entry of stores transactions on the computer system.
- Cycle counting of parts.
- Loading/unloading trucks with incoming/outgoing goods using a forklift truck.
- Ensure the general tidiness of the workplace and maintain quality and health and safety standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.
**Professional Experience & Education**
- Current forklift license essential for Counterbalance (Must be an active certificate, not expired).
- Experience of Aisle Master is required.
- Experience of computer stock systems and data entry.
- Ability to work accurately and independently.
- Previous relevant logistics experience desirable.
**Package Details**
- Permanent Contract.
- Shift Pattern: Week 1 & 3 Monday to Thursday 07.00 am to 15.00pm, Friday 07.00am to 13.30pm Week 2 & 4 - Monday to Thursday 09.00am to 17.00pm, Friday 09.00am to 15.30pm
- £24k - £28k (dependent on experience).
