We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer‑focused Sales Advisor to join our team in our stunning Bath showroom. This is an 8‑hour a week role that requires weekend availability. As a member of our team you will be the first point of contact with our customers and spend your time advising them with inspirational ideas to fulfil their needs. You should thrive in a sales and customer‑service environment, always going above and beyond.
Responsibilities
* Greet customers warmly and assess their needs to provide tailored product recommendations.
* Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers, highlighting value and quality.
* Process transactions accurately using our Point of Sale system.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
* Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective consultative selling.
* Maintain product knowledge and stay informed about current promotions and stock availability.
* Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming shop floor environment.
* Handle customer enquiries and resolve concerns professionally and promptly.
* Support the wider team during busy periods and contribute to a collaborative working atmosphere.
* Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences and product performance.
