This is a hands-on role focused on programming, setting, and operating CNC milling machines to deliver high-quality components using safe, efficient, and repeatable processes. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining right-first-time quality, supporting continuous improvement, and contributing to a professional, well-organised shop floor environment equipped with state-of-the-art machinery. Key Responsibilities: Program, set, and operate CNC milling machines across 3, 4, and 5-axis platforms using optimum and safe machining methods. Interpret complex engineering drawings to enable accurate programming, setup, and manufacture of precision components. Create and maintain detailed layout sheets documenting tooling, setups, cutting tools, and machine parameters to ensure repeatability.
