The school caters for children aged 4-16 who face social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) challenges, including attachment disorders, ADHD, anxiety, trauma, and low self-esteem. Many of the pupils have experienced adverse childhood experiences (ACEs), and therefore struggle in a mainstream environment. In this role, you will be supporting a small class of 5 to 10 pupils, collaborating with the schools teaching team, therapists and support staff to deliver specialist education and interventions that aim to boost the students' learning, personal development and emotional growth.
