The Opportunity
We are seeking enthusiastic and confident Supply Teachers to support primary schools in Buckhurst Hill. Whether you are an experienced teacher, an ECT, or returning to teaching, supply work offers flexibility while staying active in the classroom.
You may be covering classes across EYFS, KS1 or KS2, delivering engaging lessons and maintaining high standards of learning and behaviour.
Key Responsibilities
1. Teaching from set plans and adapting where needed
2. Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
3. Managing behaviour in line with school expectations
4. Ensuring safeguarding procedures are followed
5. Communicating effectively with school staff
What We’re Looking For
6. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
7. Confidence working in different school environments
8. Strong communication and organisation skills
9. A flexible and positive attitude
10. Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
