I’m excited to partner with a leading B2B Energy Services provider to recruit a talented Business Development Manager, a key role driving growth, innovation, and real‑world environmental impact.

What You’ll Be Doing:


* Proactively generate new business through outreach, networking, partnerships, and industry events
* Own and manage a high-quality sales pipeline aligned to ambitious growth targets
* Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and key stakeholders across multiple sectors
* Deliver bespoke proposals and impactful presentations tailored to client objectives
* Negotiate and close deals that drive long-term value for both clients and the business
* Collaborate closely with marketing and delivery teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client experience


What You’ll Bring:


* 3+ years of B2B sales or business development experience (energy sector preferred)
* Success selling services such as energy procurement, bill validation, compliance, or efficiency solutions
* Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills
* A driven, self‑motivated mindset with the ability to thrive independently
* CRM proficiency and strong Microsoft Office skills
