We provide staff to a variety of services, and we're currently looking for individuals with a strong background in care to support adults with Autism and complex needs in both community and Supported Living settings.
Your Role:
As an agency Support Worker through Regent Care Recruitment, you will:
* Deliver high-quality, person-centred support to individuals with Autism and complex healthcare needs.
* Work in a variety of care settings depending on service requirements.
* Provide personal care while upholding dignity and respect at all times.
* Manage challenging behaviours in a calm and professional manner.
* Keep accurate records and complete incident reports as needed.
* Work collaboratively with families, professionals, and service providers.
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience working in care (essential).
* Flexibility and reliability to cover different shifts and locations.
* Compassionate, professional, and dedicated attitude.
* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
