We are recruiting for a Multi‑Skilled Technician to join a well‑established manufacturing site in Watford. This is a days‑based role working a double days shift pattern, offering an excellent work‑life balance with no nights or weekend working.
You will play a key role in maintaining and improving production equipment, supporting efficient operations and minimising downtime. This opportunity would suit an engineer who enjoys hands‑on fault finding, problem solving, and working in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
* The Role
o Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a range of production equipment
o Fault find on electrical and mechanical systems
o Support equipment set‑up and calibration activities
o Work closely with production teams to reduce downtime
o Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the site
* About You
o Multi‑skilled engineer with an electrical or mechanical bias
o Previous experience in a manufacturing environment (FMCG, pharmaceutical or similar)
o Confident fault finding and working on machinery
o Calibration experience is beneficial but not essential
