The service will be supporting those with enduring mental health conditions to live well, providing support tailored to their individual needs in a nurturing environment, which offers a safe and welcoming space where people can connect with others. There will also be opportunities for the successful candidate to provide support as required to Stockport Connect Hub, SK2 6RE and Castlewood Cour t, SK1 3PA.
