The marketing function plays a central role in shaping the firm’s global brand, driving strategic initiatives, and supporting business development activity across all jurisdictions.
This senior role covering a maternity leave for 12 months and is responsible for owning the marketing strategy, managing the marketing team and external suppliers, and delivering measurable impact across brand, communications, digital, CRM, and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and deliver the firm’s marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
* Manage and mentor the marketing team, setting clear objectives and maintaining a high‑performing culture.
* Oversee all marketing collateral, digital content, newsletters, and brand materials across global offices.
* Drive integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, monitoring performance and optimising activity.
* Manage internal communications, including the production and distribution of the internal newsletter.
* Plan and coordinate major group meetings and business development meetings, both in the UK and overseas.
* Oversee website content, digital projects, and CRM‑related initiatives in collaboration with IT.
* Manage external agencies, suppliers, and partners to ensure quality, value, and timely delivery.
* Support senior leadership and business development teams with strategic marketing insight and reporting.
* Own and manage the marketing budget, ensuring spend is controlled and ROI‑focused.
Key Requirements
* Proven experience operating at Manager level or above
* Background in professional services or a similarly regulated environment.
* Strong track record in developing and delivering marketing strategy.
* Experience leading and managing marketing teams.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
