Role Description
We are seeking a Brand and Marketing Manager to oversee and elevate our brand presence and marketing efforts. This full-time role is on-site and based in Bromsgrove. Responsibilities include developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms, creating brand-aligned content, and analyzing marketing performance metrics. The role will also involve maintaining consistent brand messaging, building community partnerships, and identifying opportunities to enhance customer engagement. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be key to achieving success in this position.
