We are seeking a Goods In Operative to join a world-class Formula One team on contract.
You will ensure the smooth, accurate, and timely flow of critical parts into the facility, and be responsible for receiving, checking, booking, and routing components that directly support build programmes and race readiness. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, urgency, and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Inbound Receipt & Verification
Receive deliveries from couriers, supplier vehicles, and same-day logistics.
Check for correct quantities, packaging condition, and supporting documentation
Create accurate Goods Received Notes in the company system.
Flag mismatches, shortages, or damaged items through the correct internal process.
Inspection (Basic Only)
Conduct visual and basic checks aligned to work instructions (e.g., packaging condition, visible defects, correct part revision labelling).
Ensure ESD, FOD, and handling standards are met.
Traceability & Documentation
Attach and record all incoming documentation accurately in the company system.
