Responsibilities:
* Conduct routine maintenance tasks and repairs in residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
* Perform minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC repairs.
* Inspect and maintain building systems and equipment.
* Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner.
* Install, repair, and replace fixtures and appliances.
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
* Keep detailed records of maintenance and repair activities.
* Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth workflow.
* Communicate with property managers and tenants as necessary.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a handyman or similar role.
* Strong knowledge of general maintenance and repair tasks.
* Basic understanding of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems.
* Ability to use hand and power tools effectively and safely.
* Excellent problem-solving skills.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
* Willingness to travel to various job sites in and around Manchester.
* Availability for occasional evening or weekend work as needed.
* Cladding experience (desirable)
