Registered Service Manager – Specialist Care Home
Location: Dartford, Kent (DA1)
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday–Friday)

The Role
We are seeking an experienced Registered Service Manager to lead a refurbished, purpose-built care home in Dartford. The service provides 24 beds for males with diverse and often complex care needs. You will oversee all daily operations, ensuring compliance with CQC standards and driving quality care outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the day-to-day running of the home
* Recruit, train, supervise, and retain staff
* Oversee staff rotas and ensure effective care delivery
* Maintain compliance with CQC and health & safety standards
* Monitor resident care and ensure safe medication practices
* Participate in out-of-hours on-call rota
About You
* Previous experience as a CQC registered service manager
* Strong leadership and people management skills
* Track record of achieving a Good or above CQC rating
* Knowledge of CQC standards and commissioning pathways
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* [Desirable] NMC registration
