This position would suit a Maintenance Plumber from a facilities management or commercial maintenance background looking for an interesting and varied position with strong development opportunities.
The Role:
1. Deliver planned and reactive maintenance across plumbing and building services systems
2. Diagnose and repair faults on domestic water systems, pipework, drainage, and sanitary systems
3. Carry out PPMs, inspections, and minor installation works
4. Supervise subcontractors, ensuring safe and compliant work
The Candidate:
5. NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent)
6. Experience within FM, commercial, or healthcare maintenance environments
7. Knowledge of water hygiene / Legionella control (desirable)
8. Looking for ongoing training and career development
