Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the management of the capital budget, reliability, and maintenance of the site and the delivery of key site projects.
* Ensure leadership in capital cost management, BAU engineering, and continuous improvement.
* Set the engineering strategy and agenda for the site.
* Provide leadership and direction for departmental engineering teams, the project engineering team, and the Technical Services function.
Key Accountabilities
* Develop, manage, and implement the site capital strategy.
* Optimise maintenance performance to support cost‑effective site operations.
* Realise savings opportunities and deliver budgets on time.
* Lead the utility infrastructure organisation for the Lowestoft factory.
* Drive capital engineering for new product development, capacity extension, and cost savings.
* Act as a member of the site leadership team and benchmark engineering performance externally.
Qualifications
* Information Engineering Degree or proven experience in engineering.
* Project Management experience.
* Computer literacy at least to intermediate level.
