Able to follow directions and show initiative. A confident telephone manner and good interpersonal skills. A Compliance Officer ensures the New Registration process is followed to meet regulatory requirements. The role is to ensure all new candidates are fully compliant to the required CQC standard before the start of their employment. This is done by providing ongoing support to both Registered Nurses and Healthcare Assistants, offering a professional service throughout the Registration process. This is an office-based role 4 days a week. You must live close or commutable daily to our office in Chelmsford next to Chelmsford station.
