The salary for this permanent Registered Mental Health Nurse job is £32,760 - £38,716.08 per annum.

Main Duties:
* Delivering High-Quality Care : Provide exceptional care to individuals with mental illness and personality disorders.
* Building Therapeutic Relationships : Develop and maintain therapeutic relationships to enhance patient engagement and outcomes.

Requirements of the Registered Mental Health Nurse:
* Must hold a relevant nursing qualification with current registration.
* Demonstrates excellent teamwork abilities, high self-motivation, and adaptability. Our units operate 24/7, requiring nursing staff to work various shift patterns, including weekends, bank holidays, and nights.
* Possesses a strong drive to pursue ongoing personal learning and professional development.
