Job Description
What You’ll Do
As the Extra Care Scheme Manager, you will:
* Oversee day-to-day operations and nurture a successful care team delivering personal care services.
* Ensure the right number of qualified care workers are available to meet service demands.
* Maintain high standards of care and ensure all processes are followed, documented, and compliant with regulations.
* Be accountable for quality compliance both internally and with regulators and contract holders.

Qualifications
