We are seeking a dynamic Interim Financial Accountant for one of our charity clients. This 9-month fixed-term role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact, with a competitive salary range of £55, to £60, per annum. This role also offers fully remote working.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead on review of balance sheet accounts and manage the reconciliation process
2. Work with finance colleagues to establish standardised processes across the charity and group for reconciliations
3. Work with financial accounting colleagues to prepare for the interim and year end audit
4. Support colleagues with preparation of information for the audit
5. Lead on working with financial accounting colleagues to move month end information from content server/one drive to SharePoint
Essential Experience:
6. Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with a strong track record in the charity sector
7. Proficient use of MS Excel and other standard packages. Ability to use MS Excel pivot tables and formulae essential
8. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
9. Passion for the non-profit sector and a commitment to making a positive impact on the community
