Crane Supervisor Ashford
Location: Ashford, Kent

Duration: 6 Months
Pay Rate: Competitive (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, full-time
We are looking for an experienced Crane Supervisor to join our team on a busy construction project in Ashford. You will be supervising the forklift on site as it will be lifting 4m high Gantry.
Duties will include:
* Supervising all lifting operations on site
* Ensuring lifts are carried out safely and in accordance with lift plans
* Coordinating with slinger/signallers and crane operators
* Communicating with site management and ensuring safety compliance at all times
* Overseeing daily checks and maintaining records
Requirements:
* Valid Crane Supervisor (CPCS/NPORS) ticket (A62 Lifting OPS)
* Proven experience supervising lifting operations
* Strong understanding of health & safety and lifting regulations
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Reliable and proactive attitude
