About the team: You will be joining an existing team of delivery managers, each responsible for supporting their own product development squads and projects. The team is embedded in the daily life of the business working very closely with stakeholders, and trusted by them to help steer delivery and ways of working. We are a close-knit team and meet daily to discuss issues and areas of common interest. About the role: Were seeking a collaborative and adaptable leader to guide programme operations and Agile delivery. This role supports cross-functional alignment, team development, and continuous improvement across projects and processes. Responsibilities
* Oversee programme operations and governance, managing teams and projects when capacity allows
* Lead and support a small team of Agile delivery managers to ensure effective delivery and ways of working
* Foster exceptional collaboration between Product and Technology teams to align priorities with strategic goals
* Build trusted relationships with stakeholders through active listening, empathy, and early engagement
* Provide clear, consistent reporting to leadership, ensuring alignment and understanding
* Partner with technology managers to monitor resources and explain budget variances
* Identify risks and opportunities, and suggest improvements to processes and metrics
* Encourage Agile practices that support team reflection, learning, and adaptation
Requirements
* Experience leading people and projects in a collaborative environment
* Excellent understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban)
* Familiarity with software development lifecycles and web-based application projects
* Analytical and creative problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex issues
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple priorities
* Ability to promote open communication, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement
* Commitment to creating a psychologically safe, inclusive, and respectful team culture
* Empowering leadership style that supports accountability and growth
Desired Requirements
* Experience working with matrixed or shared teams
* Familiarity with MS Office and Atlassian tools
* Experience in a Scrum Master role
* Certifications in Scrum or project governance are a plus
* Participation in project management communities
