PROPOSED SALARY RANGE: £32,000 to £35,000, with London Weighting of £5,441 applied on top of the base salary depending on relevant skills, knowledge and experience. The expected salary range for this role reflects internal benchmarking and external market insights.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
BBC Studios is transforming its Global Licensing operations through the rollout of a new integrated platform powered by My Media Box (MMB). As a Comercial Executive, you will play a key role in ensuring contract accuracy, data integrity and smooth operational processes during this transition. Your work will directly support the successful migration, validation and ongoing maintenance of licensing contracts across the business.

Your Key Responsibilities And Impact
* Enter new licensing agreements, amendments and financial terms into MMB, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
* Maintain and update contract records, including key dates such as renewals and expiries.
* Review and validate contract data, identifying and resolving discrepancies in collaboration with the wider team.
* Support system processes, including off system renewals, workflow testing and reporting issues during system upgrades.
* Provide administrative support during contract migration and onboarding activities, sharing updated information with relevant teams across multiple regions.
Essential Criteria
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* Demonstrable experience entering and maintaining contract or financial data within a structured system, ensuring accuracy across key commercial terms (e.g., advances, minimum guarantees, renewal dates).
* Proven ability to review, validate and correct contract records, identifying inconsistencies and resolving data issues with precision during high volume or time sensitive periods.
* Hands on experience working with digital contract management platforms, rights/licensing systems or complex databases, with the ability to quickly learn and operate newly implemented tools (e.g., MMB or similar).
* Ability to manage contract workflows end to end — including data entry, updates, validation checks and off system processes — while prioritising effectively to meet operational deadlines.
* Experience supporting system migrations, data clean ups or structured operational processes within a contracts, licensing or commercial environment.
Desired But Not Required
* Experience working within a global or multi territory environment.
* Understanding of contract structures, financial terms or royalty processes.
* Interest in media, licensing or commercial operations.
