An established construction business is seeking an Administrator to support its Contracts and Estimating team in Ripon. This role is ideal for an entry-level or graduate candidate keen to start a career in the construction industry.
Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Estimating and Contracts teams
* Assist with tender and quotation preparation and submissions
* Maintain pricing, job details and client information on internal systems
* Support contract set-up and preparation of standard documentation
* Manage records, drawings and correspondence with accurate version control
* Act as a first point of contact for basic client and internal queries
Requirements
* Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
* Well organised with strong attention to detail
* Willing to learn and follow instructions
* An interest in construction or engineering
