We are now seeking an exceptional Special Events Executive a commercially astute, polished and dynamic professional who can represent Radisson RED and Rotunda at the highest level. This is a pivotal role, responsible not only for driving significant revenue but for protecting and enhancing the prestige of our brand through the flawless delivery of large-scale, high-value and exclusive-use events. Reporting directly to the Rotunda General Manager, you will take full ownership of the client journey, converting opportunity into confirmed business through compelling storytelling, strategic negotiation and a deep understanding of value. Key Responsibilities Revenue Leadership & Commercial Excellence Manage and strategically convert a high volume of premium inbound enquiries Proactively drive revenue across exclusive-use and large-scale events Deliver refined, engaging venue presentations and client show rounds Negotiate rates, packages and contractual terms with authority and commercial confidence Craft tailored, persuasive proposals aligned with brand positioning Maximise event value through thoughtful upselling and experience enhancement Maintain rigorous forecasting, pipeline management and reporting Take full ownership of individual revenue targets and performance metrics Elevated Client Experience Serve as the principal point of contact from enquiry to execution Build trusted, long-term relationships with private clients, corporate bookers and agents Curate a high-touch, personalised experience that reflects Rotunda’s positioning Manage expectations with clarity, discretion and professionalism Represent the brand with sophistication and credibility at all times Impeccable Event Delivery Produce detailed, precise function sheets and operational briefs Partner seamlessly with operations, culinary teams and external suppliers Ensure smooth transitions from sales to delivery with no compromise on detail Attend and oversee key events, ensuring execution meets the highest standards Strategic Market Awareness Monitor competitor positioning and market trends Contribute insightfully to pricing strategy and sales direction Ensure contractual integrity, deposit management and payment schedules are handled flawlessly About You You are ambitious, composed and commercially driven. You understand that luxury lies in the details and that excellence is non-negotiable. You bring: A minimum of 3 years’ experience in hotel or premium venue-based events sales Demonstrated success managing high-value, large-scale or exclusive-use events A proven record of converting premium enquiries into confirmed revenue Strong commercial acumen and confident negotiation skills Exceptional organisational discipline and attention to detail A calm, solutions-oriented mindset under pressure Polished communication and presentation skills The confidence to work autonomously with ownership and accountability
