On behalf of PwC, we are recruiting for a Learning & Development Design Consultant on an 18-month contract based from any of our UK Offices (London, Birmingham or Manchester) on a hybrid working model.
Responsibilities
* Design and curate high-quality learning programmes using in-house, curated, and external content aligned to business needs.
* Partner with SMEs and internal teams to ensure effective, consistent, and innovative learning design.
* Review and quality-assure learning content, facilitating workshops and supporting delivery readiness.
* Embed evaluation, inclusion, accessibility, and innovation into programme design and iteration.
* Coach junior designers, share best practice, and support programme and project delivery activities.
* Lead the briefing/training of facilitators and hosts to equip them to be able to deliver learning content.
The Skills You'll Need
* Strong understanding of client's strategy, services, and business priorities, with a global and inclusive mindset.
* Skilled in designing, developing, and reviewing innovative learning solutions, including digital and face-to-face programmes.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and relationship-building skills across teams and senior levels.
* Experienced in coaching, developing others, and delivering high-quality L&D services sustainably.
* Able to manage projects effectively, analyse complex information, and deliver results under pressure.
