We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team. Duties
* Create and maintain a safe, stimulating, and welcoming environment.
* Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote early childhood development.
* Manage daily routines including feeding, nappy changing, and nap times.
* Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
* Observe and assess children's development, keeping accurate records of their achievements.
* Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the highest standards of care are met.
* Drive initiatives that support the emotional and social development of each child.
Qualifications
* A qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent is essential.
* Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting is highly desirable.
* Strong ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills in English,
