Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough and accurate eye examinations, contact lens fittings and aftercare appointments.
* Deliver MECs services in line with clinical guidelines (If not already accredited, then willing to take on the course as soon as possible)
* Work closely with the Dispensing Optician and Optical team to provide seamless, Patient-focused care.
* Support the training and development of Optical Assistants through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
* Maintain compliance with GOC and NHS clinical standards.
* Actively participate in ongoing professional development and Continuing education.
