We are seeking an experienced Multi skilled Engineer to support electrical maintenance at our client site in Spalding. They offer a collaborative and supportive work environment with excellent opportunities for professional development. This is a Full time Permanent role with core working hours from M:F.
Role and Responsibilities
* You will perform planned and reactive maintenance on electrical equipment, diagnose and repair faults, install and commission new equipment, and ensure all work meets the highest safety standards.
* You will collaborate with other engineering disciplines and maintain accurate records of your work.
* This role offers the chance to work on challenging and rewarding projects.
* Main tasks include Perform planned and reactive maintenance on electrical equipment.
* Diagnose and repair faults in electrical systems.
* Install and commission new electrical equipment.

Requirements
* Recognised electrical engineering qualification (e.g., City and Guilds, NVQ, 18th Edition).
* Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
* Proficient in using electrical testing equipment.
* Strong understanding of electrical safety regulations.
* Excellent problem:solving and analytical skills.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Highly motivated and self:sufficient.
* Experience with preventative maintenance.
* Understanding of manufacturing processes.
