Senior Digital Design Engineer
The Data Center and Energy team at Analog Devices is seeking a SENIOR DIGITAL IC DESIGN ENGINEER. The successful candidate will join a talented and motivated multi-disciplinary team, working with a global team of innovators to develop new industry-leading IC products for the high-growth data center and energy markets.
Responsibilities
1. Lead block-level digital design and verification activities
2. Collaborate with other engineering disciplines in defining specifications, developing architectures, executing design and supporting post-silicon
3. Develop optimized digital solutions with consideration of performance, area, power and schedule
4. Assist with timing constraints and timing closure
5. Participate in customer engagements, in support of technical feasibility and proposals
6. Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
7. Bachelor’s or Master's degree in electronics engineering or equivalent with 5+ years of experience
8. Digital design experience across multiple blocks or products
9. Digital design expertise including Verilog / SystemVerilog RTL, clock domain crossings and timing constraints
10. Use of linting tools
11. Understanding and experience of digital verification approaches and tools
12. Strong technical and analytical background with good problem-solving skills
13. Strong team worker within multi-discipline, multi-cultural and multi-site environments
14. Excellent written and verbal communication
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
15. Experience integrating digital blocks with analog/mixed signal designs
16. Proficiency with Cadence tool suite
17. Scripting languages (Shell, TCL, PERL, Python)
18. Analog behavioral models and mixed-signal verification methodology
19. UVM verification
20. Constrained-random verification, functional coverage and assertions
