What You'll Do
This is a part-time freelance position with the potential for full days as demand grows. You'll play a key role in helping homeowners find the perfect boiler for their needs. Your responsibilities will include:
* Attending fully pre-qualified, pre-vetted appointments (no cold calling)
* Conducting in-home surveys and consultations
* Presenting tailored boiler solutions in a clear and professional way
* Educating customers on the benefits of energy-efficient heating systems
* Closing deals with confidence while ensuring a positive customer journey
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in boiler sales or a similar role within renewables (heat pumps, solar, etc.) is essential
* Must have own transport and be flexible to travel across Lanarkshire and Glasgow
* Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to build instant rapport
* A driven, results-focused mindset with a consistent record of hitting or exceeding targets
* Professionalism and a customer-first approach at all times
* Self-motivated, well-organised, and able to manage your own pipeline effectively
