At Redfox Executive Selection, we’re working with a highly progressive fresh produce business seeking an outstanding Harvest Manager to take full ownership of harvest operations across a diverse and fast-paced farming enterprise.
This is a high-impact leadership role at the heart of a commercial operation where timing, quality, and people management are everything.
The Opportunity
Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will take full accountability for harvest delivery across multiple high-value crops, ensuring:

You’ll be working closely with a strong on-site management team across field, crop, and packhouse operations, playing a critical role in aligning harvest with commercial and production targets.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
6. Leading and developing a large, seasonal, multicultural workforce
7. Driving harvest performance, productivity, and quality standards
8. Full ownership of labour planning, allocation, and performance management
9. Working closely with crop and packhouse teams to ensure seamless delivery from field to customer
10. Managing harvest data, payroll inputs, and operational reporting
11. Embedding a culture of continuous improvement and accountability
12. Ensuring full compliance across health & safety, food safety, and workforce policies
The Cropping Environment
You’ll be operating across a varied and commercially driven crop mix, including:
13. Asparagus
14. Blueberries
15. Broccoli
16. Beans

What We’re Looking For
17. Proven experience in harvest or farm management within fresh produce or agriculture
18. Strong track record of leading large teams in high-pressure, seasonal environments
19. A hands-on, lead-from-the-front management style
20. Excellent organisational and decision-making capability
21. Confidence in managing performance, discipline, and workforce engagement
22. Ability to interpret and act on operational data and KPIs
23. Solid understanding of health & safety and compliance standards
Experience with fresh produce crops and performance-based labour systems would be a distinct advantage.
