The Business Development Director will independently craft and execute territory specific business plans, strategically identifying high-potential clients and customizing engagement approaches to capture the attention of executive decision-makers. Given the complexity of client relationship management, the Business Development Director will leverage deep industry insights to develop compelling, client-specific proposals.
The ideal candidate will have relevant experience and possess strong new logo acquisition experience. Strategically identify highest-potential clients through market analysis, competitive intelligence, and emerging trends to drive business growth.
Relationship Building with Key Stakeholders : Develop and present tailored solutions that align with client business objectives, leveraging market knowledge and understanding client-specific needs to demonstrate how offerings address their strategic challenges.
Value Proposition Development : Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling, client-specific proposals and business cases that highlight Everest Groups unique value proposition.
Drive the sales process from lead generation to closure, making strategic decisions about client targeting, message creation, solution customization, and navigating the contracting process.
Maximizing your internal resources you will work closely with research, marketing, and product teams to ensure business development strategies align with organizational capabilities and market positioning.
Achieving key performance indicators, tracking pipeline and deal activities in Salesforce for visibility, continuous improvement, and alignment.
A Bachelor’s degree (or UK equivalent) from an accredited university
