Duties
* Manage daily office operations, including scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
* Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
* Maintain accurate records through data entry and clerical tasks, ensuring all information is up to date.
* Utilise Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
* Familiarity with digital marketing would be an advantage but not a necessity
* Organise files and documents systematically for easy retrieval and reference.
* Support team members with administrative tasks as needed to enhance productivity.
Requirements
* Previous office experience is essential, with a strong emphasis on administrative roles.
* Proficient computer skills, including typing speed and accuracy.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace application
* Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Excellent attention to detail in all aspects of work.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
