Clyde Valley Housing Association (CVHA) are recruiting for a part-time Housing Officer to join our housing team on a permanent basis. The work pattern is 17.5hrs per week and the work pattern is stated below: Tuesday – Friday 9.30am – 2pm, 3 days a week 1 day per week working 9.30am – 1.30pm There is flexibility to select which day is the shorter working day. Our Housing Officers make a real impact on the organisation’s customer service and performance, ensuring income collection for the organisation and creating sustainable tenancies for our customers. Key responsibilities include: Provide an outstanding experience to all customers of the Clyde Valley Group Focus on the delivery of quality outcomes for the customer, seek to exceed their expectations wherever possible Seek to reduce customer effort by taking ownership of the customer’s request Maintain a positive and friendly attitude with customers at all times Focus on solving problems, including complaints, advocating on behalf of the customer Manage and maintain customer records and associated data with absolute care and attention.
