They are now looking for an exceptional Senior NPD Process Technologist to join their dynamic team and advance their career.

The Role We’re looking for a proactive Senior NPD Process Technologist to support the delivery of new and existing products from kitchen concept to factory launch.
Working closely with the NPD team, you’ll plan and run factory trials, ensuring all materials are ordered and paperwork is prepared in advance.
You’ll coordinate with Production, Planning, Engineering, and Technical teams to ensure smooth trial execution, capturing key data such as machine settings, weights, mixing methods, and product specifications.
You'll also manage sample collection for shelf life, nutritionals, and customer approval, while ensuring traceability and compliance at all stages.
As part of your role, you will also work closely with engineering to better understand machine capabilities and overall machine settings.
The Person We are looking for a hands-on and motivated Process Technologist with a Food Science or Technology qualification.
You will have previous experience of working in a similar Process position within the food manufacturing industry.
You’ll have an analytical and practical approach to tasks coupled with the desire to achieve results and drive continuous improvements.
You must also have great attention to detail and the ability to effectively manage simultaneous projects as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
