MOO set out to shake up the world of print back in 2006. And we’ve come a long way since. Today we’re a 400 + strong team (we’re thinking of getting matching jackets) who create print and digital products for companies of all sizes – from Google and AirBnB to the guy who makes those amazing prints you found at a craft fair. Our global HQ is in London, UK, while we also have premises in Dagenham. In the US, you’ll find us in Boston, MA, as well as East Providence, RI and Denver, CO. We’re making new and exciting things – and we could really do with your help. Our manufacturing team in Dagenham works on a rotating weekly shift schedule to support production needs. Employees work 7:45 AM – 4:15 PM for one week, then rotate to 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM the following week. This pattern continues on an ongoing basis.

2. Someone who proactively tracks down "chase" jobs, operating light machinery like the Morgana and Luxe Press, and ensuring everything hits our daily targets

4. Assist in making sure our products get out the door on time and in perfect condition
Responsibilities
5. Monitor and action the daily "chase list" to help the team achieve targets and maintain customer delivery timelines
6. Operating small machinery - set up and operate equipment such as the Morgana, Luxe Press and Round Corner machines
7. Troubleshoot minor issues and make adjustments to ensure these products meet quality standards
8. Production prioritisation & SLA management - work efficiently through daily workloads, ensuring all assigned tasks are completed on time
9. Quality control - carry out quality checks throughout the production process, using internal systems to record and report and issues. Ensure all products meet company and customer standards before dispatch
10. Assembly & packaging - sort, assemble and package finished products accurarely and efficiently, ensuring they are prepared correctly for dispatch
11. Dispatch management - Accurately gather and prepare jobs for collection by carriers. Complete consignments and manifests, ensuring all orders aligh correctly with delivery documentation and escalating any discrepancies promptly
12. Basic IT & system use - use internal systems to navigate production screens, update order details and make minor address corrections where required
13. Work area organisation & housekeeping - Maintain a clean, safe and organised working area, including keeping stock cages tidy and fully replenished to support efficient workflow
14. Additional duties - Carry out any other reasonable duties aligned with the role and operational needs
