Responsibilities
* Support the Store Manager in managing and inspiring your team, stepping up to cover the store when needed
* Create an atmosphere focused on delivering excellent service, achieving performance targets, and maintaining accurate stock processes in a commercial, efficient, and safe environment
* Demonstrate a hands-on approach to all operational and commercial activities by working alongside the team
* Ensure communication is up-to-date and accurate at all times to meet business needs
About You
* You are passionate about customers, people, and products, inspiring others and fostering a great team spirit
* You have strong commercial understanding and can create a fantastic shopping experience for customers
* You are a team player who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and can lead others through change
* You communicate effectively with people at all levels, stay calm under pressure, and manage expectations realistically
* You solve problems, make sound decisions, challenge processes, and generate ideas to drive the business forward
* You have experience in leading and coaching a high-performing team and handling people issues effectively
* You can multi-task, plan, organise, and prioritise workload
