Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, ensure exceptional service standards, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, knowledgeable about contemporary dining trends and cocktails, and skilled at building and maintaining a loyal clientele.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including floor management, staff supervision, reservations, and guest satisfaction.
* Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver attentive, professional, and warm service.
* Work closely with the bar and kitchen teams to ensure seamless coordination and consistency of quality.
* Develop and implement strategies to maximise revenue, including upselling, promotions, and special events.
* Monitor financial performance, including budgets, costs, and profitability.
* Maintain compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
* Build strong relationships with guests, ensuring repeat visits and positive word-of-mouth.
* Act as a brand ambassador for Raasa, engaging with the local community and networking to grow visibility.
Candidate Profile
* Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar role in a premium dining or cocktail-led establishment.
* Strong leadership and people management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* A genuine passion for Indian cuisine and mixology trends is a plus.
* Financial acumen and the ability to manage budgets and control costs.
* Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
* A natural networker with the ability to create and sustain a loyal clientele base.
Clientele Development
For Raasa, clientele development is critical. A successful Restaurant Manager should not only ensure every guest's experience encourages repeat visits but ideally bring an existing network of contacts and regulars. This personal following can immediately benefit the restaurant's profile and revenue, while the ability to cultivate new relationships will ensure long-term growth.
