Practice Plus Group are searching for a proven Bid Writer to help with an upcoming influx of bids in the Secondary Care division.
About the role
You will have an integral role within the BD team located across both primary and secondary care. Your main responsibility will be to research and produce professionally written proposal content that clearly articulates PPG's offer to clients in a clear and concise manner. You will have a proven track record of working under pressure and to demanding deadlines.
You will be required to work closely with clinical and operational colleagues, as well as SME's to gather info and evidence to create compelling proposals and responses to tender questions. You'll be a strong and confident communicator, giving you the ability to research and source data from the wider organisation.
There will be an element of travel to this role as PPG has teams located all around the country. Your primary focus will be urgent and secondary care services but you may be required to support other BD opportunities when needed.
The ideal person will have extensive experience in creating bids within a healthcare setting as well as the ability to work independently from the outset.
This role is home based with travel to Practice Plus Group sites when needed.
About you
The successful candidate will have a recognised qualification or relevant experience in a writing related field e.g. technical writing, report writing, content or copy writing, journalism or a bid writing background. You will have proven experience in writing bids within the healthcare sector, and skills in producing and editing either reports, written copy, articles or proposal/tender content.
You will have excellent communication skills, ability to work under pressure and high attention to detail, as well as experience of research to inform the development of written responses/documentation.
