This is a People & Talent Administrator role which would suit someone interested in a career in HR. You must have previously worked in an administrative role (not necessarily HR) witihn a fast-paced environment as this role can get very busy. Diary management experience would be ideal.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Recruitment support, including scheduling interviews, advertising vacancies, liaising with candidates and recruitment agencies.
• Coordination of the employee onboarding and offboarding process.
• Coordination of the Learning and Development programme, including scheduling training sessions, liaising with training providers, managing attendance and feedback records and producing management reports.
• Responding to routine HR-related queries from colleagues or escalating complex queries to senior team members.
• Maintenance of the HR system, ensuring all employee data is accurate. Includes absence management and all employment records.
• Assist in the administration, delivery and communication of our People First initiatives such as wellbeing campaigns, agency benefits, engagement surveys, policy changes etc.
• Supporting the annual career development review process, ensuring documentation and timelines are clearly communicated and all deadlines are met.

This is a busy varied HR support role which would suit someone who enjoys face to face interactions and working in a collaborative fast paced environment.
You would be based at their beautiful offices in Central Manchester 3 to 4 days a week and 1-2 days working from home.
Salary £28,000 plus amazing benefits. Scope for progression too.
