As a Waking Night Support Worker, youll play a vital part in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of the people we support throughout the night. This includes:
* Providing emotional reassurance and practical support.
* Monitoring wellbeing and responding to needs as they arise.
* Supporting with evening and morning routines.
* Keeping accurate, clear records.
* Working closely with the day team to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
