The Role
:
As a Lettings Negotiator, you will play a pivotal role in managing the entire lettings process.
This role may require you to visit properties for viewings, handling maintenance issues.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct property viewings and advise on rental pricing.
2. Negotiate terms and manage tenancy agreements.
3. Attending site meetings with landlords, tenants, and contractors as needed.
4. Address maintenance issues promptly and effectively.
Requirements:
5. Previously worked as a Lettings Negotiator in a similar role.
6. At least 2 years of lettings experience.
7. Exceptional customer service and organisation skills.
8. Full UK driving licence and car
Shifts:
9. Monday - Friday: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm
10. 1 in 3 Saturdays: 10:00 am - 12:30 pm
