You'll manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload with proper support:
Sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold)
Shared ownership transactions
New builds and re-mortgages
Full spectrum of residential property matters

About You
3+ years PQE as a Residential Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer
Strong technical grounding in conveyancing and property law
Excellent client-facing skills and communication
Organised, efficient, able to manage a busy caseload under pressure
