Job Description
1. Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and executing construction projects.
2. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
3. Monitor project progress, budgets, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
4. Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.

The Successful Applicant
5. 2+ years of construction experience (multifamily experience not required).
6. Strong organizational and communication skills.
7. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
8. Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
