What You’ll Be Doing
* Learn the fundamentals of sales, customer acquisition, and brand growth
* Support client campaigns and contribute to business development strategies

* Assist with training and onboarding new team members
* Take on responsibility for managing small teams as you progress
* Support recruitment processes and talent development
* Work closely with senior management to understand operations and strategy
