Do you have experience working as a Sub Agent or Senior Engineer on major civil or infrastructure projects? Are you looking for your next opportunity within civil engineering? If so, this could be the role for you.
Our client, a well-established civil engineering contractor, is seeking to appoint a Sub Agent to work on a major infrastructure project. This role offers a challenging scope of works, excellent exposure to complex engineering, and an opportunity to work on an exciting project.
Reporting to the site agent, you will be responsible for managing a designated section of the works, including:
* Managing site engineering teams and subcontractors to ensure works are delivered safely and to programme.
* Preparing, reviewing, and implementing RAMS prior to works commencing.
* Ensuring Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) are completed, recorded, and maintained to industry standards.
* Monitoring site activities to ensure compliance with health & safety requirements and company procedures, resolving any issues promptly.
* Generate Non-Conformance Records (NCRs) and ensure these are promptly closed out.
* Maintaining accurate records, including setting out, as-built information, and quality documentation.
* Producing and updating short-term and monthly programmes for your section of works.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Previous experience in a Sub Agent role within civil engineering
* Setting Out engineering experience
* A valid CSCS card.
* A full UK driving licence.
